Thank you for ordering from UrbanLibrary. We take pride in the high quality of our fresh, handcrafted pizzas and strive to provide excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 24 hours from the time of delivery or pickup to request a return if you find your order to be unsatisfactory. To be eligible for a return, the item must be uneaten and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds
Once we receive your return request, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
In the event that your pizza arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize and will gladly exchange it for the correct item. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
